crankcase seems to be sucking air from the oil dipstick and oil fill. This is a 98 outback that has just been swapped in. Engine ran great beforehand(150k). Did timing belt and water pump before install. This pressure thing is also causing the oil pressure light to flicker at low rpm when hot. also replaced the pcv valve. When engine is off, and the dipstick is pulled, a gurgling/sucking sound can be heard. Car is not showing any trouble codes, air intake seems good. Anybody ever heard of anything like this?
