Default which bike rack is best for Iimpreza wagon

    Hi,
Just traded in my 2000 Outback for a 2011 Impreza 5 door. I got the factory mounted roof rails on the new car. I am looking to get a new fork mounted bike rack for the roof. Which one works best? Which one allows the rear hatch to open when the rack and bikes are on the roof?

The Factory roof rack is reasonably priced and will allow what you want.
I also have a 2011 OBS, but need a hitch mounted rack because my garage roof is too low to allow parking with bikes mounted.
In case you want to consider a hitchmount, here's the hitch and rack that fit our 2011's:
Hitches: $140 Curt Hitch #11315 or $109 Drawtite #24849 (Curt comes with pin and bar, Drawtite does not)
Rack: $214 Sportrack # A30901XT (This was the best balance of price/quality for the wheel-cradle type that my bike requires because there's no top bar)

    Cheers!

    Ken
