Default Central locking not working properly

For the last few days my 05 Forester central locking behaving strangely. It works occasionally, but 75% of the time it doesn't work. I thought it might be caused by the weak battery, so I replaced the battery in the key fob, but had no success. Just wondering where is key-less entry module located in my Forester? Is there anything I can do to fix this problem or should I go to the dealer? I would sincerely appreciate any assistance you can provide.

    Thanks..

How is the car's battery and charging system? Loose grounds can cause whacky electrical behaviors too. Another thought is to try a second known to be good FOB to see if it's the transmitter or receiver.
