NorCal and Diablo CrossFit dominate Men

Inside Men's division, NorCal CrossFit's Jason Khalipa won the Regional competition in dominant fashion, winning virtually two events in the weekend. Fellow NorCal CrossFit coach Garret Fisher finished third to earn a spot from the Games, behind Khalipa's training partner http://ffhs.no/oak.html Neal Maddox. Falling just in need of qualifying on your CrossFit Games was another wellknown NorCal CrossFit coach, Pat Barber, who finished in fifth place.

While NorCal CrossFit defintely won't be represented on the Women's division at the Games, coaches Miranda Oldroyd and Molly Biss carried out in the best 10. For Oldroyd, who had been recuperating from a busted neck at this moment last year, her performance at this year's Open and Regionals was shocking and impressive.

At the Women's side, Diablo CrossFit established that it might be becoming the new premier gym for elite female CrossFit athletes, qualifying two athletes in the Games in Alessandra Pichelli and Margaux Alvarez in first and third place, respectively. Just outside from the qualifying for your CrossFit Games this year were オークリー ゴーグル (http://ffhs.no/oak.html) some familiar names from the sport, http://aggregatemedia.com/cs1.html including Annie Sakamoto, Chyna Cho, and Katie Hogan, merely competing within the Northern California region over time to be among the many elite athletes at Southern California's Valley CrossFit alongside Kristan Clever and Rebecca Voigt.
