I have a 98 legacy outback 2.5. It started to have overheating issues a few months ago. It seemed that the thermostat was sticking so I replaced it and no problems for a week or two. Then while driving my temp gauge would bounce up and down. a few days later my radiator blew. So I put a new one in and the next day the water pump blew. Now it has a new thermostat a new radiator and a new water pump and still overheats in a matter of minutes. Any ideas on what the hell is going on?

Mine sometimes did that. Found out it was one of the cooling fans not spinning. One was and one wasn't and made it overheat when I came to a stop or was climbing a hill.
